Natural Spring waters are waters coming from underground. These are the reserve waters formed by the water above the ground by filtering from the different rock layers on the earth for many years. They pass through a natural filtering as they go underground, wait there for many years, and return to the earth in the same way. They contain the appropriate minerals necessary for life.
Tap Water is usually water from dams in big cities. The waters in the dams are fed from small and large streams around the dam. Streams are generally unsuitable for drinking water with bacterial contamination. Therefore, these waters are subjected to chemical and biological treatment in treatment plants, kept in holding pools, the solids in them are cleaned with precipitating polymers, filtered through sand and coal filters, ventilated, disinfected with ozone or chlorine and given to the cities. These waters generally do not contain bacteria as they contain chlorine, but chlorine is not really a preferred thing in drinking water. Too much chlorine is not healthy. Also, since these waters travel a long way from dams to home, they can become polluted along the way. It’s like the rusty water that comes first when the faucets that haven’t been used for a while are opened. Therefore, if we have the means, we should consume packaged and natural spring water.
