ELMACIK SU is delivered to the consumer in its pure and natural state in nature, as it comes out of the source, untouched by hand and without any processing, and in this way, it is ensured that the body consumes water in a healthy way.

ELMACIK SU, which is bottled untouched by human hands in fully automatic machines with the latest packaging system of technology, without spoiling its naturalness, is offered to consumers as “Natural Mineral Water” in accordance with European Union Regulations.

The unique source of Elmacık Su is located in Gölyayla location of Elmacık Mountain Range in Hendek District of Sakarya province and at an altitude of 1,060 m. Since it is located far above the residential areas, the natural environment of the source has been completely preserved. There are no structures or facilities nearby that may cause water pollution.

Elmacık Water Bottling Plant, which was established using the latest technology, has a total area of ​​70,000 m², of which 16.000 m² is closed and 54.000 m² is open. Elmacık Water Facility is the most modern, high-tech bottling facility in Turkey with its existing machinery. One of the most important differences that distinguishes Elmacık water from other waters is that, thanks to its high technology, it can be bottled without ozonation. The risk of contamination, which arises in three stages in conventional bottling plants, has been eliminated with Elmacik Su’s special pipeline and well-planned facility equipped with the latest technology.

First stage;
Instead of the Maslak system, which creates suitable environments for the growth of microorganisms in order to remove the air pressure formed along the pipeline, Elmacık Su can prevent the growth of microorganisms by protecting its water against air and external factors thanks to its own special pipeline.

In the second stage;
In the Elmacık Su bottling plant, no water tank is used in order to prevent the reproduction of microorganisms and not to cause residue-based pollution. In this way, pollution of water is prevented by being designed at the project stage.

In the third and final stage;
Thanks to its high technology, Elmacık Su can inflate, fill and cap the preforms in the same cabinet. In this way, water and preforms are bottled in a healthy and natural way with Class 100 ambient air, without contact with air, thanks to the very special HEPA air filters in EU standards.

Ozone is a gas normally found in the atmosphere. It is blue in color and has a pungent odour. It is used in the destruction of harmful substances such as bacteria, mold, yeast and virus in water. During ozonation of water, the minerals in the water undergo changes. If substances such as bromide are present, they are also converted to bromate. Bromate is a harmful substance. At the same time, there may be some change in the taste of the water. Since ozonation slightly changes the natural structure of water, we do not recommend ozonation.

For these reasons, Elmacık Water is delivered to our consumers in its most natural form, where water comes out of its source, without the use of ozone for disinfectant purposes. In addition, due to the rich minerals and other components it contains, Elmacık Water has been approved as “Natural Mineral Water” by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. Elmacık Water contributes to your health with its ideal alkaline pH value of 7.96. 2-2 times a day with its balanced mineral structure. When 5 liters are drunk, it not only meets the daily water need, but also contributes to meeting the daily mineral need thanks to its easy absorption by the body.

All tests and analyzes that can be done on water in the advanced technology laboratory of Elmacık Su’s bottling facility are carried out by the expert team in accordance with the Ministry of Health and EU regulations. Elmacık Water Bottling Facility, which is one of the most modern, high-tech water bottling facilities in Turkey with its existing machinery, has three bottling lines.

In the first bottling line, the water extracted from its source is bottled in 0.20 L – 0.33 L – 0.5 L – 1.0 L – 1.5 L PET bottles without being ozonized. This line, in which state-of-the-art machinery is used, has a bottling capacity of 40,000 pet water per hour.

On the second line, 6,000 5 L plastic bottles are filled per hour.

In the third line of Elmacık Water Bottling Facility, 19 L carboy water is bottled without ozonation. The third line, which has a bottling capacity of 1,800 carboys per hour, has a daily bottling capacity of 40,000 and a monthly 1,040,000 carboy bottling capacity. Thanks to its high-tech infrastructure, Elmacık Su is ahead of its competitors by bottling its aquatic products without ozonation.

Instead of the traditional rack system, a specially designed PLASTIC PALLET system is used in the stock and shipment of Elmacık Water Carboys. Thus, it is ensured that both our dealers stock the carboys and the products reach the consumer in the best way without being damaged.
