ELMACIK SU, is delivered to consumers in its natural, untouched state, directly from the source without any processing, ensuring the body consumes the water in a healthy way.

Without altering its natural purity, Elmacık Su is bottled in fully automated machines using the latest packaging technology, and is offered to consumers as ‘Natural Mineral Water’ in compliance with European Union Regulations.

The unique source of Elmacık Su is located at an altitude of 1,060 meters in the Gölyayla region of the Elmacık Mountain Range in Hendek, Sakarya. Since it is situated far above residential areas, the natural environment of the source has been completely preserved. There are no buildings or facilities nearby that could cause water pollution.

The Elmacık Su Bottling Facility, established using the latest technology, covers a total area of 70,000 m², including 16,000 m² of indoor space and 54,000 m² of outdoor space. Elmacık Su’s bottling facility is one of the most modern and high-tech bottling plants in Turkey. One of the key differences that sets Elmacık Su apart from other waters is its ability to bottle water without ozonating, thanks to its high-tech infrastructure. In traditional bottling facilities, the risk of contamination is present in three stages, whereas Elmacık Su has eliminated this risk with its special pipeline and the facility equipped with the latest technology.

In the first stage; to prevent the air pressure buildup along the pipeline, Elmacık Su uses its own special pipeline, ensuring the water is protected from air and external factors, preventing microbial growth.

In the second stage; to prevent microbial growth and avoid contamination from sediment, water reservoirs are not used in Elmacık Su’s bottling facility. This design ensures that contamination is prevented right from the project phase.

In the third and final stage; thanks to its high technology, Elmacık Su can perform preform blowing, filling, and capping all in the same cabin. This ensures the water and preforms are bottled in a controlled environment with Class 100 air, filtered through special HEPA filters, without exposure to air.

Ozone is a gas that is naturally present in the atmosphere. It is blue and has a sharp odor. It is used to eliminate harmful substances such as bacteria, mold, yeast, and viruses from water. However, during ozonization, the minerals in the water are altered. Substances like bromide can be converted into bromate, which is harmful to health. Additionally, ozonization can change the taste of the water. Since ozonization alters the natural structure of water, we do not recommend ozonating the water.

For these reasons, Elmacık Su is delivered to consumers in its most natural form, without the use of ozone as a disinfectant. Additionally, due to its rich minerals and other components, Elmacık Su has been approved as ‘Natural Mineral Water’ by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health. With an ideal alkaline pH value of 7.96, Elmacık Su contributes to your health. With its balanced mineral structure, drinking 2-2.5 liters per day not only meets daily water needs but also helps fulfill the body’s daily mineral requirements due to its easy absorption.

At the advanced technology laboratory in the Elmacık Su bottling facility, all water tests and analyses are performed by an expert team in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the EU. With its state-of-the-art machinery, the Elmacık Su Bottling Facility is one of the most modern and high-tech bottling plants in Turkey, featuring three bottling lines.

In the first bottling line, water extracted from the source is bottled without ozonization in 0.20 L, 0.33 L, 0.5 L, 1.0 L, and 1.5 L PET bottles. This line, equipped with the latest technology machines, has a capacity of bottling 40,000 PET bottles per hour.

The second line bottles 5 L PET bottles at a rate of 6,000 per hour.

In the third line of the Elmacık Su Bottling Facility, 19 L water bottles are filled without ozonization. With a capacity of bottling 1,800 water jugs per hour, the third line has a daily capacity of 40,000 and a monthly capacity of 1,040,000 water jugs. Thanks to its high-tech infrastructure, Elmacık Su is able to bottle its water without ozonating, staying ahead of its competitors.

In the storage and shipping of Elmacık Su’s water jugs, a specially designed PLASTIC PALLET system is used instead of the traditional rack system. This ensures both easy stock management for our distributors and safe delivery of products to consumers without damage.
