To place your first order and subscribe to Elmacık Water, you need to call 444 4 262 and dial 2 to connect to the Customer Representative. Our customer representative will learn your name and address from you and will quickly register you in the Elmacık Water Subscriber Tracking System.
ATTENTION: Please do not forget to tell our customer representative all your mobile or fixed phone numbers that you will call to use the automatic voice response system after the subscription process. When you make a call with any of these phone numbers you will register, the system will automatically recognize you by your phone number and access your information such as name and address from the records.

FOR WATER ORDERS: Once you have registered as a subscriber, you will be able to place your future water orders over the phone by connecting to the automated voice response system without connecting to a Customer Representative. To do this, you need to dial 1 when you call 444 4 262, then dial 1-4 for your order quantity, and finally dial 1 again for confirmation. As a result of the 3-step dialing process, your water order will be automatically received through the system. For example;

If you are ordering 1 carboy of water, dial 1-1-1
If you want to order 2 carboys of water, just dial 1-2-1.
